These terms apply when you ask STNB Holdings to handle a vehicle, driver's licence or identification service on your behalf. By engaging us you agree to them.

Our service

STNB Holdings acts as your agent to prepare and submit paperwork to the relevant licensing and government offices, and to deliver the finished documents to you. We carry out each request honestly and above board.

Quotes and payment

We provide a quotation before starting work. Once you approve the quote and settle the invoice, we begin. Government and licensing fees, where they apply, form part of the quote.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate information and valid documents. Processing times depend on the relevant authority and can vary; we keep you informed throughout.
